Tokyo-based Thinkings offers its novel recruitment management system sonar ATS—a SaaS solution that unifies recruitment data and provides a mechanism for optimization of recruitment operations to improve efficiency and increase the amount of time recruiters spend with each candidate. Established in 2020, Thinkings was born out of a business merger between the company that developed sonar ATS (Infodex) and the company that promotes and sells it (IgniteEye) in order to work more closely together and cater to the unique hiring needs of clients.
Today, sonar ATS (part of Thinkings’ recruitment platform “sonar HR Technology”) is used by more than 1,000 companies, including Softbank, Nitori, and NTT Data. “sonar ATS centrally manages data from all application channels, including job search systems and events, and its intuitive user interface allows users to contact applicants via chat applications, analyze their status, and effectively motivate them,” says Mr. Satoru Takizawa, Chairman and Executive Director of Thinkings. With its stable and reliable track record, Thinkings is all set to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its service in 2022.
