Tilt Raises $10M to Accelerate Leave Management Growth
Tilt simplifies HR's busy work, reduces leave law confusion, trains managers, supports payroll, and increases compliance confidence.

Tilt revealed that a $10 million investment round was now complete. Aside from current investors from the September 2021 Series A round, such as Firework Ventures, which led the previous round, Origin Ventures is the investment's lead investor. Other investors also participated in the round. To satisfy the enormous market demand, Tilt will use the cash to support its ongoing expansion, make additional investments in its partnerships and technology, and expand the staff to ensure that everyone who needs to leave has a positive and sympathetic experience.

Tilt, a platform-based HR software startup, was established in 2017 to meaningfully humanize the employee leave of absence experience. The intricate and dynamic components of managing leave of absence (LOA), which most organizations today cannot handle at scale, represent a significant HR solutions gap that Tilt has identified.
HR must rely on obsolete technologies and a jumble of spreadsheets to manage leaves due to understaffed teams and legacy solutions. This makes for a chilly and perplexing experience for employees.
