The company's platform removes challenges related to common data access for enterprise brands such as Expedia, Rakuten Rewards, Chick-fil-A, T-Mobile, and OpenTable. It has also helped MessageGear to build a reputation for being a forerunner of innovation in a relatively stagnant and mature industry. The solution by MessageGears leapfrogs their competition as the only customer marketing platform that is available to connect directly to modern data warehouses like Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Azure. This feature removes a critical challenge the company is currently facing for enterprise marketers.
[vendor_logo_first]"This funding will help us continue to revolutionize the customer marketing landscape for enterprise brands," said Roger Barnette, MessageGears' CEO. "Our technology enables brands to develop deeper relationships with millions of customers, and we're proud and excited to work with Argentum to continue to disrupt this industry."
MessageGears launches new products Segment and Engage, along with its core cross-channel messaging offering to make a full circle to its platform and simplify the process for marketing teams to create dynamic audience segments and real-time "moments-based" campaigns even without the assistance from IT. The company will utilize the new funds to extend resources in several departments, including engineering, customer support, sales, and marketing.
"The hidden costs of data friction, including data out-of-sync, time-consuming data management, and maintaining data security & privacy, continue to hobble the marketing industry, creating challenges for marketers to personalize messages at scale seamlessly," said Walter Barandiarán. "Their unique hybrid architecture, with a direct data access layer to enterprises' modern data warehouses, solves critical challenges for large brands that need to communicate effectively with their customers. We are thrilled to be partnering with MessageGears to help them scale."
