FREMONT, CA: TELEO Capital Management, LLC, acquires Automated System Management (ASM) product platform and all its related products from Capgemini America (Industrial Defender). The Foxboro-based company, Industrial Defender, provides compliance software and cybersecurity solutions for global critical infrastructure providers. The software mainly comprises a management platform that is purpose-built to tackle the overlapping necessities of cybersecurity, change management, and compliance for Industrial Control Systems (ICS).

The Industrial Defender caters to most of the Fortune 500 companies across the oil and gas, utilities, and chemical processing sectors. TELEO's contribution is its investment, which will support the continuation of product innovation and global expansion of brand awareness.

The acquisition is said to enable Capgemini to retain its focus on providing improved world-class cybersecurity services to the clients.
