FREMONT, CA: TechSee, the category leader in Intelligent Visual Assistance, has closed $30 million in a Series C equity investment round. The funding round was co-led by Salesforce Ventures, OurCrowd, and TELUS Ventures with active participation from Planven Entrepreneur and Ventures Scale Venture Partners.
Established in 2015, the Tel Aviv-based company has flourished rapidly by reducing customer friction points for enterprises. Its Visual Assistance technology closes the visual gap in customer service, enabling technicians and customers to receive real-time AR guidance on their smartphone or tablet screens in assisted-service or self-service mode. The company continues to innovate in the field of Computer Vision AI with technology that can offer visual guidance to users operating, installing, or troubleshooting networking devices, home appliances, smart home products, and more.
