The government also intends to have recruited 15 world-class foreign experts by January 2024. More than half of the public funding for the plan will go toward training and talent. The difficulty is also to incorporate artificial intelligence training for everyone, says Eve Arakelian, vice president of marketing and public affairs at Preligens, a business that specializes in data analysis for defense and intelligence purposes. The government also intends to concentrate its efforts on embedded, frugal and trusted AI. It aims to capture at least 10 to 15 percent of the global embedded AI market share by 2025. However, O pointed out that French champions do not just appear out of nowhere, just as all issues related to network effects, the beginning is always complicated he said, marking that this is the history of French tech.
