FlipOS will be able to accelerate its objective to bridge the housing gap in the United States thanks to the investment from Zeev Ventures. The team intends to collaborate with additional real estate investors in existing and new areas and accelerate the development of the FlipOS platform. FlipOS can acquire, restore, and sell single-family houses up to four times quicker than conventional business models, thanks to a revolutionary business strategy based on partnerships with professional investors and technology that automates every stage of the process.
The boost will also result in creating new employment in Phoenix, the home of FlipOS. By the end of 2022, the firm expects to employ 200 individuals, a 300 percent growth from the start of the year.
"We have already seen tremendous success with this product, and with this funding, we will be able to speed up our progress in product and engineering as well as our sales and marketing efforts," said Stoa co-founder Tom Sella. "We are excited to expand into new U.S. markets and deepen our partnerships with the real estate community in our current markets."
"Our team is thrilled to be raising this $50 million round at a significantly higher valuation than our previous round, which just closed last November," said Stoa co-founder Or Agassi. "Our continued growth indicates that we're meeting a real need for real estate investors while providing communities across the country with good homes."
Stoa has raised almost 200 million dollars in equity and debt since its inception in early 2021.
