Fremont, CA: Prime Technology Services, an end-to-end technology solutions provider best known for creating the MetaStreme scalable Bitcoin transaction engine, has declared that it will partner with Predict Ecology, an environmental and ecological consulting firm, to develop proprietary blockchain-based business and operational infrastructure for Progressive Minerals, a mineral exploration and mining company. All three organizations are situated in Australia's Cairns region and are boosting blockchain business adoption in the state.
The agreement calls for Prime Technology Services and Predict Ecology to work together to develop a unique blockchain-based infrastructure and system that, once implemented, will cover Progressive Minerals' activities, with targeted advancements including:

- Mining and exploration leases are tokenized as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and held on-chain, allowing individual rights and prospecting data to be assigned more easily.
- A system for recording and preserving all on-chain business data streams, including environmental, operational, production, and licensing data, demonstrating a dedication to data accuracy, integrity, and transparency.
The relationship will be supported by Prime Technology Services' MetaStreme platform, which provides enterprise-grade solutions capable of processing massive volumes of blockchain data transactions. The Progressive Minerals system will be powered by the BSV blockchain, an enterprise-grade network that scales indefinitely to support massive volumes of transactions at low cost (the median transaction fee on the BSV network in 2020 was less than 1/50th of a US cent), as well as facilitating diverse data capabilities and use cases on its blockchain.
