OneSignal is one of the world's best customer engagement platforms. It just got $50 million in Series C funding to improve its unified messaging and orchestration features, improve its mobile data-driven email product, and grow its presence in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. OneSignal has now raised more than $80 million since it started. BAM Elevate, an investment division of Balyasny Asset Management, led this round of funding, which was joined by Nimble Partners and existing investors SignalFire and Zach Coelius. They will join Rakuten Ventures, Yes.vc, HubSpot, and Y Combinator as investors in OneSignal.

OneSignal will use the money from this round to improve its omnichannel messaging and orchestration capabilities. Specifically, OneSignal just released Journeys, a tool for automating workflows that let businesses personalize their customer journeys and send personalized messages at scale. Other product focus areas include the continued development of the best-in-class email messaging features, the expansion of analytics tools to give customers actionable insights, and strengthening the company's position as the market leader in the easiest-to-use customer engagement platform. With global offices in London and Singapore, the company will expand its presence in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
