Fremont, CA: IBH Population Health Solutions, a leader in behavioral health, has declared the completion of its acquisition of HMC Healthworks, adding data analytics, world-class chronic condition management, wellness, and pharmacy specialty services to its portfolio of services. In addition, HMC HealthWorks' pedigree and expertise in EAP, Managed BehavioralHealth, and Opioid & Pain Management further extend IBH's already strong abilities in these areas.
