FREMONT, CA: Hailo, a leading AI chipmaker, has partnered with Lanner Electronics, a global leader in the design and manufacture of intelligent edge computing equipment, to develop pioneering AI interpretation solutions for real-time computer graphics at the edge. Hailo's Hailo-8TM AI acceleration module has been integrated with Lanner's edge computing boxes to build high-performance, compact devices to meet the demands of developing AI applications at the edge.
The combination of Lanner's LEC-7242 industrial wireless gateway and the Hailo-8TM AI Acceleration Module results in systems that process numerous video streams in real-time on a single device.

The LEC-2290 edge box from Lanner combines an x86 CPU with the Hailo-8 AI module to create a solution capable of optimizing demanding edge applications and reducing AI deployment time-to-market. The Hailo-8, integrated into Lanner's low-footprint LEC-7242 industrial wireless gateway, is fanless and effective for real-time applications ai - Enabled at the edge.
Engineers aiming to optimize neural processing workloads might follow Lanner's systematic design to network appliances. Lanner's fanless edge AI processors, integrated with Hailo's AI module, enable mission-critical applications like video analytics, traffic management, access control, etc.

Hailo's custom Hailo-8TM AI acceleration module gives edge devices unrivaled performance. The module created a new architecture that allows edge devices to run advanced deep learning programs that could formerly perform in the cloud, with up to 26 Tera Operations Per Second (TOPS).Its innovative structure translates to increased performance, reduced power, and reduced latency for smart devices operating at the edge, allowing for improved privacy and dependability.
