With this announcement, H Code will continue to strategically invest in its vision in order to meet the needs of diverse publishers, content creators, and marketers who need to reach them by leveraging both contextual and programmatic targeting. This investment will also provide H Code with the resources it needs to scale its content studio, publisher network, and intelligence centre for all types of communities, opening up new avenues for impactful storytelling.
In the short term, the capital will be used to create unique offerings for a variety of diverse and underserved communities. H Code kicked off this strategy in June 2021 with the launch of B Code, media solutions specifically designed for the Black community.
H Code was founded to help brands tell their stories through a culturally relevant lens to Hispanic audiences in the US. Its product suite of creative services, content creation, publisher distribution, influencer marketing, and first-party data insights has been crucial in strengthening relationships with multicultural audiences as well as driving inclusivity across marketing and advertising.
FCP's Alexander Jutkowitz is expected to join H Code as Executive Chairman as part of the investment. Alexander Jutkowitz, FCP's Executive in Residence, was raised in Chile before moving to Philadelphia. He has been an advocate for diverse thinking and innovative content, influencing how today's marketers and advertisers bring impactful stories to life. H Code is also pleased to announce that Lisa Sherman, President and CEO of the Ad Council, is expected to join the Board of Directors.
