The company intends to use the funds to scale its technology platform further, expand its U.S. footprint and triple the size of its technology, sales and operations teams.
Led by Christine Moseley, founder, and CEO, Full Harvest provides a B2B produce marketplace that allows growers to get the most out of harvest and food companies save money by bringing farm excess that would otherwise go to waste to market.
The company has already enabled large farms to sell and deliver almost seven million pounds of produce. Working with the major food giants, Full Harvest has helped in significantly reducing the food waste. It also aims to make healthy food and beverage options more affordable for people.
