FREMONT, CA: Dyne Therapeutics, a Waltham, Mass.-based biotechnology company focused on developing life-transforming therapies for patients with serious muscle diseases, raised a $115m equity financing.
The round was led by new investors Vida Ventures and Surveyor Capital (a Citadel company) with active participation from new investors Logos Capital, Franklin Templeton, Wellington Management Company, and an undisclosed institutional investor and existing investors Forbion, Atlas Venture, and MPM Capital.
