Financial commitments reduce borrowing costs and improve the funding profile's robustness.
FREMONT, CA: Avant, a significant financial technology business lending to middle-income individuals, has completed its first personal loan securitization deal of 2021. The 200 million dollars transactions are Avant's first securitization since COVID-19 began, and it was overwhelmed in order volume, attracting interest from some of the world's largest and most potent asset managers.
Avant's multi-year revolving ABS funding now totals 400 million dollars, thanks to its 2020 securitization, the first-ever fintech personal loan revolving ABS. Avant's loan division has 825 million dollars in financing commitments, including 425 million dollars in multi-year revolving warehouse commitments. A 24-month revolving period accompanied by a structured amortization period under the renewed commitment. Avant has secured a "AA" rating from Kroll Bond Rating Agency after five years and ten previous rated securitizations, indicating its track record and the quality of its business concept.
