Alex Crisses, Managing Director at General Atlantic, and Anton Levy, Co-President and Global Head of Technology, have joined AppsFlyer's Board of Directors after New-York based General Atlantic led the funding round.
FREMONT, CA: AppsFlyer, the global attribution leader, raised $210 million in Series D funding. The funding round was led by New-York based General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm. After this round of funding, Alex Crisses, Managing Director at General Atlantic, and Anton Levy, Co-President and Global Head of Technology, have joined AppsFlyer's Board of Directors. Other investors who participated in the funding were existing partners Goldman Sachs Growth, Qumra Capital, Pitango Venture Capital, Magma Venture Partners, and DTCP (Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners).

With this investment that came after three years of Series C funding round, AppsFlyer's total funding amount reached $294 million. Since the previous round, AppsFlyer has expanded its team 4X to 850 employees across 18 global offices. AppsFlyer is one of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses that have seen 5X growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), exceeding $150 million in 2019.
