The funding will help Annexus Health advance its mission to improve access to care and fight financial toxicity among patients as healthcare costs continue to rise.
FREMONT, CA: "As drug prices and other healthcare costs skyrocket, patients often face a heartbreaking double crisis of financial hardship on top of illness. At Annexus Health, we're reimagining the healthcare ecosystem with a goal of ensuring that patients can access the right care at the right time, without compromising their financial well-being. This funding will help accelerate access for those who need it most." says Annexus Health Co-Founder and President Brad Frazier.
The leading healthcare technology company Annexus Health has raised $33 million in a Series B round of financing led by Transformation Capital, one of the leading digital health growth equity firms. By automating the management of access services, including financial help, benefit eligibility, patient cost estimates, free drugs, reimbursement services, and more, Annexus Health's provider solutions lessen the administrative burden on doctors and health systems.

"Ultimately, we do what we do for the patients," said Joe Baffone, the company's Co-Founder and CEO. "With the closing of our Series B financing, we now have the resources to continue our journey to dramatically advance how the patient access care journey is managed. We're excited to partner with Transformation Capital, whose digital health focus will help us amplify the Annexus Health growth plan."
Additionally, the business gives nonprofit organizations and life science businesses the chance to digitally incorporate their patient assistance initiatives into the workflow of healthcare providers. Patients will receive better healthcare as a result, and provider groups will be able to earn more income thanks to enhanced connections in patient support programs for life science businesses.
