Fremont, CA: Align Capital Partners closed its second private equity investment fund, Align Capital Partners Fund II, LP, and Align Capital Partners Fund II-A. The company began raising funds back in November 2019 with an initial target of USD 400 million and closed the offering at the limit of USD 450 million. Align Capital Partners has raised over USD 775 million since its inception in 2016.
