Devices communicate exclusively through the secure middleware, which authenticates commands and blocks unauthorized access, giving users complete control over their environment. Privacy and control are pre-integrated. JOI routes all device communications through a local server, enabling real-time behavioral monitoring. Using AI-driven anomaly detection, it analyzes device activity against established behavioral baselines. In one instance, TNG Lab, a Korean manufacturer of green wall products, lacked a platform capable of regulating key plant growth variables in real-time, for upgrading to smart green walls. MySmaX came to the client’s rescue, integrating JOI with a network of environmental and plant health sensors. It enabled remote monitoring of temperature, light intensity, air quality, humidity and the surrounding environment. This intelligent retrofit transformed traditional installations into innovative and responsive ecosystems, optimizing plant vitality and significantly reducing operational and maintenance costs.

In another instance, a manufacturer struggled with fragmented IoT systems from multiple vendors, each requiring separate apps and manual configuration.
