CIO Vendor Verto, an end to end integrated People based solutions company was founded by two partners Dinesh Bhandari and Rajarshi Biswas. Rajarshi, prior to this, was heading People function for a large sized organization having global manpower base of 4000 plus. He had previously worked with MNC’s like Samsung, Usha etc while Dinesh is an technocrat and it is his second stint as an entrepreneur. The duo embarked on their entrepreneurial voyage in 2011. Throwing light on the journey, Rajarshi speaks, “We started our venture with business in hand, where the clients were seeking our domain competency & support to move their organization to next level. Our initial pressure was to build a strong & efficient PAN India team for seamless delivery. Fortunately our People Management background helped us to attract and retain right competency for our organization.”

Jyoti who heads Key Accounts for Verto, says that every business is unique, therefore, unlike our competition, we do not take a ‘one size fits all’ approach wrt service delivery. Last year we successfully executed multiple international outsourcing assignments and effectively placed 40 plus CXO level professional across industry with renowned brand leaders”, speaks Dinesh.

In the recent times, Verto has seen turnover of INR 50 Million. Empowered by Innovation, team Verto is continuously trying to integrate technology/Data Analytics in Talent Acquisition process so that it makes procurement of the right talent much more predictable and successful. “Our internal research indicates that recruitment market is poised to grow over 35 percent in 2017. Hence, our growth strategies are focused around services in Retail and SME sector. We also intend to increase our international footprints in next 2-3 years and are expanding our core team size to approx 100+ by end of 2017”, concludes Rajarshi.
