Wide Area Network Software Provider CloudGenix Raises $25 Million in Series B

Bangalore: Wide-area networking startup CloudGenix raises $25 million in Series B round of funding led by Bain Capital Ventures along with its existing investors including Charles River Ventures and Mayfield Fund. The fund will be utilized in order to gear up its sales expansion and product development to meet market demand. Overall, the company has raised $34 million to date.

Founded in 2013 by Kumar Ramachandran, CloudGenix is a software defined wide-area network provider. The firm is revolutionizing networking by transforming legacy networking into a radically simplified and unified hybrid WAN. Today, the company offers world class financial services, retail, legal and technology companies. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charles River Ventures and the Mayfield Fund, CloudGenix Series B funding strongly follows numerous achievements and was named as ‘Gartner Cool Vendor’ in Enterprise.
