TinyOwl Joins Hands with Ameyo to Enhance its Customer Experience

Bengaluru: TinyOwl, one of India’s fastest growing food delivery apps, announces that it has allied with customer interaction management platform – Ameyo to enhance its customer experience. Post this alliance, TinyOwl will utilize Ameyo’s Customer Engagement Hub to support its inbound and outbound food ordering processes. In the past few months, TinyOwl had been receiving complaints from consumers about call drops and this led the company to hunt for an intelligent contact center technology which will efficiently handle the dialing process, reducing call drops and enhancing customer satisfaction.

With the help of Ameyo, TinyOwl saw a rapid decrease in their call drops and this inturn led to an increase in their business volume. The abandoned calls, if any, will automatically get listed on the Ameyo system, which makes it easy for the TinyOwl agents to follow up later.

TinyOwl was founded in 2014 by five IIT-Bombay students – Harshvardhan Mandad, Shikhar Paliwal, Gaurav Choudhary, Saurabh Goyal and Tanuj Khandelwal. The company’s Android app enables the users to order food of their choice through their mobile phones. The app automatically detects the user’s location and provides a list of restaurants that are in the user’s vicinity. It also provides the users with the list of dishes available at the respective restaurants and claims to fulfill 3000-5000 orders every day, delivering from about 4500 restaurants. As of now, TinyOwl has its presence in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai & Gurgaon and is planning to extend its operations to 50 new cities by the end of this year.

Founded in 2003 by IIT-Guwahati trio of Bishal Lachhiramka, Sachin Bhatia and Nayan Jain, Ameyo (operated by Drishti Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), Ameyo is a one-stop software based communication solution that keeps track of the contact center interactions and help offering quality customer experience. It is an IP-based software that allows the users to have a customized interaction with every customer across multiple channels, making customer satisfaction to a level above excellence. Curently, the company has a workforce of about 300 staff and claims to have over 1,600 customers in 40 countries who have more than one billion interactions each day.
