Bengaluru: ZenRadius, a Bengaluru based hiring platform, raises an undisclosed amount of seed funding from TracxnLabs – backed by the Flipkart founders Sachin and Binny Bansal – and Deepak Singh of Anzy Careers. The company plans to utilize the funds to build a new platform which will be used for networked hiring. Its target startups and SMEs that do not have sufficient finances for hiring new personnel, while the platform can also be used by larger corporate and consulting companies.
ZenRadius was founded by the IIT-Kharagpur alumni Nitesh Mishra, Arpit Kumar and Alok Yadav earlier this month. It enables the clients to screen their own networks for potential matches, send customized emails, review CVs and cross-check multiple sources on one unified system. The company uses analytics to find the right candidates to make referrals for the job descriptions that are posted. It also expands the circle of referrals by accessing the list of contacts. ZenRadius claims to own the affinity to send emails to more than 40 candidates with just two clicks.
