Bengaluru: Zenify.in, the Bengaluru based rental management startup, raises an undisclosed amount of angel funding from Atul Jalan, the CEO & Founder of Manthan systems and Gana Yantrika systems, a private company which invests in companies with innovative business strategies. The proceeds will be used to expand the company’s operational area, improve technology and boost its analytical capability.
Speaking about his new investment, Atul Jalan, CEO & MD, Manthan Systems says, “The current rental market size is approximately 20 billion in India in Urban cities. There is a growing demand for organized property management services in metros. Zenify, with its dynamic ideas and unique offering is catering to this demand to a great extent. The company has the potential to scale up higher and reach out to a wider audience”.
Sudarshan Purohit, CEO of Zenify.in says, “We will be using the funds towards achieving a few ambitious goals that we have set for the company. We will invest a significant chunk of the funds in technology to serve our customers better. Another portion of the funds will be utilized to build enhanced analytics capabilities to our platform that will help us improve our customer outreach. We will also be channelling a certain portion of the funds towards scaling up our operations”.
Zenify.in uses technology and analytics to provide an undisrupted rental experience to the owners and tenants. It is the only company in India which provides guaranteed rentals and detailed property management solutions. Once a property is registered with Zenify, it ensures that the property is re-painted, kept neat and clean with all fittings and amenities in order before the tenant moves in. It also offers repair or maintenance services throughout the tenant’s stay.
As of now, the company claims to be managing over Rs.1500 crore worth properties in Bengaluru and plans to increase its property management to Rs.100,000 crore across India in the next five years.
