Bengaluru: Telocity, a candidate sourcing platform via video interview, wins Tech Rocketship award in Disruptive Technology category by UK Trade and Investment (UKTI). Ketan Dewan, Co-founder & CEO, Talocity received this award at India UK Tech Summit 2016. Talocity is one of the top ten startups who were selected from over 10,000 companies.
In the first phase, 600 companies were shortlisted during multi-city tour, and from 35 pre-finalist companies, 10 startups were selected by a panel of judges comprising of Anand Mahindra (Mahindra Group), Dr. Saurabh Srivastava (Indian Angel Network), Mr. T V Mohandas Pai (Board of Manipal Global Education), Ms. Shardha Sharma (Founder, YourStory), Dr. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw (Biocon Limited). These 10 young entrepreneurs also won a trip to the UK, which will include access to the best of British expertise and advice, and a chance to pitch to potential investors for finance.
