Bengaluru: A joint initiative of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and India’s first ‘Buying Club’ for SMEs - Power2SME, Spirit of Manufacturing is an annual awards series that aims to encourage, & applaud innovative and implementable business solutions and showcase startup entrepreneurs in the manufacturing domain. As per the latest release, the submitting of the nomination form for the ‘Make in India’ initiative will be unknot till 20th September at http://spiritofmanufacturing.com/ as the nominations are for manufacturing startups with less than 10 years of existence.
The winner of the ‘Spirit of Manufacturing Award’ will be chosen through various series of evaluation rounds, spread over a month and a half based on the presentation and score in the assessment rounds. The evaluation will be conducted by well-known experts and industry veterans including Ajai Chowdhry – Founding Member, HCL Kunwer Sachdev – MD, Su-Kam, Sunil Bhalla – Co-founder & Director, Luminous Power Technology and R. Narayan – Founder and CEO, Power2SME. The winners will be announced during the month of October at the award function to be held on the sideline of TiECON 2015.
Talking about the launch, R Narayan, Founder & CEO, Power2SME, says, “We are happy to launch the second edition of the Spirit of Manufacturing Awards in association with TiE.
