Pontiflix, the mobile ad company has raised $7.7 Million in the recent round of funding. This news was confirmed by Geoff Grauer, CIO, COO, CEO and co-founder of Pontiflex. The funding round was led by Blackstone and on the whole, the company has raised $15.5 million. The earlier investors include New Atlantic Ventures, Greenhill SAVP, and RRE Ventures.
Blackstone is a global investment and advisory firm that provides solutions, creating long lasting investors for the company. They plan to grow AdLeads, which is a mobile ad platform where advertisers have to pay for the ads which are viewed. AdLeads, launched in March has already accomplished ten thousand local businesses, which have signed up for the company.
Grauer says “The funding is a validation of Pontiflex’s signup ads model that allows small businesses to run profitable local ad campaigns in mobile apps across iOS, Android and Windows. With AdLeads, advertisers are paying for signups — and not wasted clicks or impressions.”
