Bangalore: A Noida based online video analytics startup, Vidooly.com raises $1 million in a seed funding round from Bessemer Venture Partners. The company expects to deploy the funds to enhance the product & team and also to expand into Japan and Middle East. Last year, the company had raised Rs.12 lakh from accelerator TLab.
Incorporated in 2014 by Subrat Kar, Ajay Mishra and Nishant Radia, Vidooly provides a YouTube video marketing & analytics suite. The company’s big data engine helps content creators, brands & MCNs to maximize YouTube organic views, build an audience base and earn more revenue. The firm also offers an advanced set of features like video tag suggestion, best time to publish, search rank analysis, competitor tracking and subscriber behavior analysis that help them identify their target audience and optimize accordingly.
Today, the firm has about 2,000 video creators, amongst which 220 are paying customers. The firm also claims to have several content creators including Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, PING Digital, Bollywood Hungama and many more.
