NoBroker Expands its Operations in Pune & Chennai

Bangalore:  Broker-free property search portal, expands its operations in Pune and Chennai, and aspires to enlarge its reach in 20 cities in six months. The launch highlighted on finding flats in Pune and Chennai without brokers and assisting customers to save 35 crores of brokerage in less than a year. The company has a lean, nimble, capital-efficient and scalable business model. Backed by marquee investors, was angel funded by Saurabh Garg and had raised Series-A funding of $3 million from SAIF Partners and Fulcrum Ventures early this year.

Founded in 2014 by the two IITians – Amit Kumar and Akhil Gupta – connects the flat owners and tenants directly with each other by eliminating the middleman. NoBroker is all set to revolutionize house hunting not just by eliminating the brokers, but also by making it convenient and hassle-free with the use of cutting edge technology and innovation. Focusing on delivering genuine and broker-free solutions to owners and customers, the firm follows peer-to-peer model. Today, the firm claims of helping customers in Bangalore and Mumbai.

NoBroker is currently aiming to grow aggressively and expand its wings to 20 major cities within this financial year. The firm is rearing up to improve the house hunting experiences of customers across the country and endeavors to set order and transparency in the unorganized sector.
