Moovweb, a technology startup has forwarded $16 Million funding in the initial round. This round of funding was led by Jafco Ventures; Trinity Ventures along with their previous investor Sun. Moovweb was founded with a simple vision namely “Agile Web.” The company is on a roll to deliver faster solutions to the customers.
The company has taken content from an existing desktop website that converts the mobile site as well as apps for smartphones.Its not only the content but the some of the features are also derived from it. Companies seek the help of Moovweb SDK to build device specific features. When a customer updates their site, the changes are automatically made.
Moovweb says it has already converted “nearly 12 billion mobile pages” for customers like Macy’s, 1-800-FLOWERS, Sur la Table, and Accenture. It says that revenue has quadrupled over the past 12 months as reported by Antony Ha of TechCrunch.
