Knowlarity Raises $20 Million in Series C Funding

Bengaluru: Knowlarity, Asia’s leading cloud telephony company, raises $20 million in its Series C funding. This funding round led by Delta Partners Capital Limited, along with participation fromBlackSoil, Trifecta Capital, and existing investors – Mayfield Fund and Sequoia Capital. Also, Signal Hill, a leading independent M&A and private capital advisory firm was the exclusive financial advisor on this transaction. From 2009 Knowlarity has raised total of $42.5 million so far. This fresh investment would be used by Knowlarity in expanding into other international markets, making acquisitions and offering advanced technology products for customers. 

Ambitious about the investment, Ambarish Gupta, Co-Founder & CEO, Knowlarity, says, “The success of the latest funding round is a strong indication of the trust our investors have in our vision as well as in our strong focus on robust unit economics, which has seen us recently achieve EBITDA breakeven. It aims to transform the business to customer communication industry in the emerging markets with personalization, automation, AI and analytics. With its flagship product ‘Super Receptionist’, a plug-and-play virtual contact centre for a business, the company has grown from scratch to two million users, making it the largest provider of such services within Asia.
