Bengaluru: The real estate sector in India continues to attract investors as Sunday Realty Solutions, a Mumbai-based real estate solutions provider, raises Rs.5 crore in an early stage funding round from co-founders of IPAL Fund Managers, Ramesh Jogani & Shailesh Viswanathan, and Jai Srinivasan, a U.S-based investor and former head of Global Strategy at Dell. The company, founded in 2012 by Joseph George, intends to use the freshly raised capital to expand its business operations to 10 new cities in India and develop more products.
Owned and operated by Sunday Realty Solutions, SmartAgent Connect is a business platform exclusively for real estate agents or brokers. It enables the agents their own business networks and close the deals within a short time span. The agents can also avail the luxuries of creating their own customized website and a CRM. The agents registered on the portal can create a unique profile for their properties and share them with other registered agents as well.
SmartAgent Connect also connects the builders with agents and has already enrolled over 75 builders in Mumbai and Pune. As of now, the three year old startup claims to have registered over 20,000 agents and created over 10,000 websites on their portal.
