Bengaluru: Cyber Security Conclave 2.0, India's leading cyber security event, is scheduled to be held at Hyderabad on November 22 and 23. This two-day Conclave which is in alignment with Cyber Policy of Govt. of Telangana, will host a mini Hackathon to explore new solutions to the issue of rising cyber threat to companies and public at large. Also, a national Cyber Security Innovation Challenge will be organised to encourage Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) & startups.
Renowned cyber security experts such as Saket Modi, Co-Founder & CEO of Lucideus; Dr. A S Ramasastri, Director - IDRBT & Chairman –IFTAS; CP Gurnani, CEO & MD - Tech Mahindra; Prof. Sandeep Shukla, IIT Kanpur; Dr. Dev Raj, VP – Pro Info; and Alok Gupta, CEO - Pyramid Cyber will address the gathering. Also, the event will witness keynote speeches from global cyber security experts that include Ram Levi, CEO – Konfidas, Shay Shabtai, Ex-Military Strategist and Eli Zilberman from Konfidas and Rami Efrati, Founder & President at Firmitas Cyber Solutions, among others.
National Conclave is organise by Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) and Kenes Exhibitions, with the support of Dept. of Information Technology, Government of Telangana.K T Rama Rao, Minister for IT, Government of Telangana will be the Chief Guest at the event. Key topics that will be discussed at this event are Managed Security Services, BFSI, Cloud Challenges, Burn Your Own Devices, Identity & Access Management, alone with live demos by global leaders in cyber security such as Intel, Transition Systems and Trust Wave.
SEMs and startups willing to participate in the event will have to file their applications on the event website before November 21 by 3 pm. A total of 12 firms will be shortlisted by team of three experts, including two from Konfidas and one from CSC/SCSC. These firms will be having one hour to prepare a four minute presentation to the expert panel. Top three winners and one public’s favourite through audience voting will be awarded a certificate from CSC/SCSC.
