Bengaluru: Helpchat, the Delhi-based personal assistance app that enables the users to get anything via chat, announces that it has appointed Ravi Krishna as its Senior Vice President, Strategic Products. Prior to this, Ravi handled the role of Director of Product at Zynga. From past few months, the company is focusing on strengthening its leadership team and has made a series of C-Suite appointments; the recent one being Deena Jacob who was appointed as its Chief Financial Officer.

With his extensive experience of building and launching successful consumer products at Zynga and Makemytrip, he will bring a lot of expertise in terms of helping us create a more enhanced and intuitive personalized experience within the Helpchat app,” says Ankur Singla, Founder & CEO, Helpchat commenting on the new appointment.
Speaking about his new role at Helpchat, Ravi says, “My decision to join Helpchat was driven by two factors. Ravi brings with him over a decade of experience in product development in India and the Silicon Valley. He pursued his Computer Science degree from IIT-Delhi and MBA from Indian School of Business. Before joining Zynga, he handled the product team at MakeMyTrip and his responsibilities at Helpchat will include strengthening the product and making the app every user’s favourite.
