Helpchat Further Strengthens its C-Suite; Appoints Ravi Krishna as SVP of Strategic Products

Bengaluru: Helpchat, the Delhi-based personal assistance app that enables the users to get anything via chat, announces that it has appointed Ravi Krishna as its Senior Vice President, Strategic Products. Prior to this, Ravi handled the role of Director of Product at Zynga. From past few months, the company is focusing on strengthening its leadership team and has made a series of C-Suite appointments; the recent one being Deena Jacob who was appointed as its Chief Financial Officer.

“Our mission is to help people win their daily battle with tasks by building the world’s best personal assistant app. I’m thrilled to have an industry veteran like Ravi on board in our quest to fulfill this mission. With his extensive experience of building and launching successful consumer products at Zynga and Makemytrip, he will bring a lot of expertise in terms of helping us create a more enhanced and intuitive personalized experience within the Helpchat app,” says Ankur Singla, Founder & CEO, Helpchat commenting on the new appointment.

Speaking about his new role at Helpchat, Ravi says, “My decision to join Helpchat was driven by two factors. Firstly, I strongly believe in the disruption that chat is set to create in the realm of digital commerce and in everyday tasks. Secondly, I was extremely impressed with the commitment and passion of the entire Helpchat team to genuinely ease out the life of consumers by helping them get things done faster. It is always rewarding to work with zealous colleagues who are truly devoted to their mission and their work”.
Ravi brings with him over a decade of experience in product development in India and the Silicon Valley. He pursued his Computer Science degree from IIT-Delhi and MBA from Indian School of Business. Before joining Zynga, he handled the product team at MakeMyTrip and his responsibilities at Helpchat will include strengthening the product and making the app every user’s favourite.
