Bangalore: Healthifyme, India’s leading online fitness services provider, raises an undisclosed amount in their second round of funding from a group of angel investors comprising of Gopal Srinivasan (TVS Capital), Sashi Reddi (AppLabs), Amit Gupta (InMobi), Pallav Nadhani (FusionCharts) and Dr. Roopa Nath. The company will utilize the funds to expand their area of operation across the Asia-Pacific by relocating their headquarters to Singapore and to hire 1000 new nutritionists and fitness trainers.
Using these funds, the company also plans to launch several new low-cost fitness programs. These plans will also include in-app features like real-time access to nutritionists, fitness trainers and yoga instructors who help the users on their personal fitness and weight loss digitally through the app.
