Through this acquisition, Voonik has strengthened its position in the mobile shopping sector and eyes to enhance its technological offerings whilst offering a completely customized shopping experience to its customers. Post this deal, the TrialKart’s product development team will be building a new division at Voonik named ‘Image Intelligence’ which will further enhance the technical features that Voonik app offers.

Co-founded by Vipul Divyanshu, Jayalakshmi Manohar and Harsha M, the TrialKart mobile app enables users to choose any listed product and click on the ‘Try’ option to visualise how the piece of clothing or accessory would look on them. They can also zoom in, readjust and reorient the product to get a holistic picture.
Headquartered in Bengaluru, Voonik was Co-founded by Navaneetha Krishnan and Sujayath Ali in 2013. It serves as a personal shopping platform for the users and it assists them to buy latest fashion apparels within their budget by offering style advice and hand-selected recommendations, based on the customer’s style preferences and body type.
