Bangalore: Boston based all-in-one sales acceleration platform, Yesware raises $13.3 million in Series C round led by Foundry Group along with its existing investor Battery Ventures, Google Ventures, Golden Venture Partners, and IDG Ventures. The company has raised $33 million to date. The fund will be used to accelerate growth and fuel expansion. Till now, the company had raised $33 million.
Founded in 2010 by Rajat Bhargava, Cashman Andrus and Matthew Bellows, Yesware provides an email tracking and analytics, customizable sales templates, CRM integration and many more to communicate between salespeople with customers more effectively. Currently, functioning with 70 employees in a team, the five year-old company claims to serve almost 700,000 salespeople across the globe. Not only this, but the company also claims to have an outstanding client, including OpenDNS, Trump Hotels, Acquia, Marin Software, Mimeo, Wildfire, Brightcove, Motorola, Yammer, LivingSocial and many more.
Concerning the investors, Matthew Bellows, CEO, Yesware says, “Offering further insights into the development, we’re happy to have our current investors, who know our company incredibly well, re-invest in Yesware.
