B2B Portal Omnikart Elevates $100,000 Seed Funding from Investors

Bengaluru: Omnikart, an online engineering B2B portal that offers end-to-end solutions for industrial supply needs, has hiked its funding to 40.1 million from Sumit Gandhi and Manish Gandhi, advertisers of Asian Business Exhibition & Conferences Limited, India’s premiere business exhibitions firm. The capital will be utilized to extent their footprints and product distribution supply chain by setting up satellite distribution centers in the geographies of the city.

The SINE nurtured startup has more than 10, 000 products scheduled online and has by now developed nearly 1000 orders by working only in Powai and Ghatkopar areas of Mumbai. The company was unveiled in 2014 by Faisal Ansari and Mandar Zope. It foresees to elevate Series A round of funding in the coming 6-12 months to extend its footprints to prime manufacturing hubs across India and to integrate an operation to abridge industrial acquisition and payment endorsements. Omnikart directs the complete development of procurement and deliverance on behalf of their clientele and also occupies technical specialists who aid them in opting the right product.
