With this acquisition, Digital Vidya aims to expand its reach and further enhance the quality of its digital marketing certification programs for its customers. It will also upgrade marketing programs for partners by leveraging the strengths and experience of Digital Academy India. As per the acquisition, the management team of Digital Academy India will completely exit.
Established in 2012 by Aditi Oberoi and Gaurav Oberoi, Digital Academy India is a leading digital marketing training and consulting initiative in India. With focus on providing leaders of tomorrow for transformation in global organizations and markets, the firm claims to train more than 5,000 people across the country. Not only that, the firm also trained more than 400 digital marketing agencies through the Certification Program in Digital Marketing (CPDM) and Advanced Program in Digital Marketing (APDM) in couple of years.
