Chewse, a Food Delivery Startup Raises $1 Million

There are so many ways in which we can make our life easy. One amongst them is the number of food chains and one amongst them is the newly begun startup, Chewse. Chewse is a new food delivery chain where lunch is catered easily to people. Therefore the company has raised $1 million in seed round of funding from a group of investors that include Chris Sacca and 500 Startups, reports Ryan Lawler of TechCrunch.

Just like other companies who thrive to deliver goods or posts on time, this startup is aimed to fill the stomachs of hungry office workers. The firm is like one of the Y Combinator startups. Here they provide high quality food which is served to people at time. Tracy Lawrence, Co-Founder of Chewse had the responsibility of ordering lunch for her team with a couple of phone calls to make.

The startup has a list of the restaurants in the town;  to please the taste buds of  of various number people who order from the startup.Chewse has a huge number of people who come back everyday placing orders. Established in L.A, the company has been growing since it was established. The company has a good number of clients Wells Fargo and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The company has raised more than $1 million funding from investors such as Chris Sacca, Telegraph Hill, InnoSpring, Benjamin Ling, Richard Chen, and 500 Startups reports TechCrunch.The company based in San Francicso after a mega start in L.A. , the second largest market place for any business to kickstart. “The first market is circumstance. The second market is more of a gamble,” Lawrence says as reported by Techrunch.
